This shows that some SPECIFIC parents are paying a big amount of money for their children a damage. This also shows that the teenagers are making big mistakes the they don't know the consequence about the damage they they do. In addition, according to the damage that teenagers do, "parents have to take parenting classes on the second; and faced a $750 fine on the third," "lawyers.com." This shows that parents are the ones that have to pay and to face all the services that lawyers give. This also shows that teenagers should face the damage and pay COMPUTE their work. In conclusion, teenager should be the ones to pay for the damage, not the parents.
